Restart Announcer

Package Description

This is a FiveM script developed by REDRUM ROLEPLAY for FiveM server owners. This will not work on any other platform except FiveM.

Features

• No framework required (standalone)
• Simple and configurable alerts for 2 daily restarts
• Ox_lib notifications (default; configurable colors) or FiveM chatMessage
• 10 minute, 5 minute, 3 minute, 2 minute, and 1 minute alerts
• Messages can be translated or changed as needed
• Weather can be changed to whatever you want when the first alert hits (configurable for any weather script)
• All player screens fade to black 1 minute before restart (configurable)
• Configurable list of resources that can be stopped prior to restart to prevent power-gaming (robberies)
• Client and server events dispatched to toggle functionality in other scripts
• Actively used and tested on both public and private servers

Important

• This script does not perform the actual server restart and you should use other methods to accomplish that task.

Requirements

• Server version 5181+ (escrow requirement)
• ox_lib (for notifications, otherwise FiveM chatMessage is used)

Installation Steps

1. Download from keymaster
2. Move the rrp_restartannouncer folder into your resources folder.
3. Edit config files in the /editable folder.
4. Add the following lines to your server config:

add_ace resource.rrp_restartannouncer command.stop allow
ensure rrp_restartannouncer
