Purchase this package to choose an unoccupied and unused residential location in-game and have it created as an available housing location with first right to purchase. Examples of this can be homes, apartments, condos and trailers in Vinewood, Mirror Park, Paleto, Sandy Shores, etc. Homes will be appropriately priced based on surrounding residential prices and you must use your in-game funds to purchase the property.
Our developer will add a prefab interior from our catalog for the location and coordinate with you to set up the home for purchase. The interior will require a teleport similar to other homes. This interior will not be shared by other players (unless you add them to your family) nor will they be able to purchase the home unless you forfeit or lose the home due to non-payment. All housing rules and specifications apply.
If the house does not requrie a teleportation to enter it, our developer will also set up these locks on all exterior doors if you would like them.
